You can look at every product and price without telling us anything. The site keeps your order list in your own browser (not on our servers) so it is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes it.

When you send an order

To send an order you give us your name, your mobile number, your delivery area and an optional note, together with the products you chose. We save these with an order number so we can find your order when you message us, confirm the details and deliver. If you came from one of our ads, we also save the ad campaign name and click reference, so we know which ads lead to orders.

The order then opens in WhatsApp, Viber or Instagram with a pre-written message. From there the chat is between you and us on that app, under that app's own privacy policy.

We keep orders so we have a record of what was agreed and delivered. They are stored securely and only the Pirka team can see them. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Ads and measurement

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When our Meta Pixel is switched on, Meta may set cookies and record that you viewed a product, added one to your order list, or sent an order, so we can see which ads work and show you relevant ads. Meta explains what it collects in its own privacy policy, and you can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. We use no other analytics or advertising cookies.

Our own site also counts page views and taps on Add to order, by day. For each visit it notes only the kind of site you came from (Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, email, another site, or none) or the name of the link you used, never the address, and nothing that identifies you.

Your choices

Message us on any of the chat apps in the footer if you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will do that unless we need to keep a record of a completed order.
